401 (k) Savings & Retirement Plan
To assist team members in planning for retirement, team members can contribute up to 30% of their salary on a pre-tax basis. The company matches 50 cents on every dollar a team member contributes up to a maximum of 6%. Team members who are full-time and at least 18 years of age are eligible immediately to participate in the company's 401(k) Savings and Retirement Plan.

Time off - VIP (Vacation, Illness, Personal)
We offer flexibility to meet team members' time-off needs. Full-time and part-time team members accrue time based upon hours worked.

Holidays
Team members are eligible immediately for six designated holidays and three floating holiday to use at their discretion.

Tuition Reimbursement
We encourage team members to grow with Trisept Solutions by assisting in furthering your formal education. Regular full-time team members are eligible after 6 months of full-time employment. Our tuition reimbursement program provides team members the opportunity to receive reimbursement for a portion of their educational costs.

Travel Opportunities
In addition to providing vacations for our customers, the company helps our team members fulfill their own personal vacation dreams. The company offers discounted travel opportunities for team members who have been employed for at least six consecutive months. Limited travel opportunities are also available for eligible family members. Travel opportunities available for team members include:
  • Discounts on designated charters and vacations packages
  • Stand-by on some of our airline partner flights
  • Stand-by on our charter flights
  • "Specials" offered periodically
  • Travel industry discounts with participating hotels, airlines and attractions
Wellness Program
At Trisept Solutions, our commitment to our employees goes beyond our competitive benefits package to include a focus on promoting healthy lifestyles.

Through our Passport to Personal Wellness program, team members can participate in wellness activities that are scheduled throughout the year, with each month emphasizing a different wellness component.

Past activities have included blood drives, cholesterol and vision screenings, and "lunch and learns" on various wellness topics. Additionally, Robert Sweetgall, a nationally recognized speaker, held several motivational sessions on the importance of integrating walking into a daily routine, describing his accomplishment of walking the U.S. seven times over.

To complement our wellness program, throughout the year employees also participate in fun, teambuilding activities such as karaoke contests, Frisbee golf, basketball shoot-outs, cooking competitions, and more.
