ClientEase allows agents to easily organize client information, including customers' travel histories and marketing preferences, from any Internet connection. Agents can also perform marketing activities, commission tracking, basic accounting functions, and more.

Through the end of June, VAX VacationAccess agents are eligible for a special introductory rate for registering for ClientEase. The single user rate is $17.00 per month (based on yearly payment), with a set up fee of $35.00. The rate for multiple users is $69.00 per month (based on yearly payment) and includes four, agent sign-ins. Additional sign-ins are available for $8.00 per month. The set up fee for multiple users is $75.00.
