MILWAUKEE, WI - May 30, 2006 - Trisept Solutions, in cooperation with the twenty-three vacation vendors that distribute on VAX VacationAccess , has posted emergency contact information on the agency portal. Hurricane season begins this week and experts are forecasting another active season.
From June 1st through November 30th a "hurricane policies - vacations" link will appear on VAX VacationAccess' home page. The link connects agents with a complete listing of each vacation vendor, its emergency phone numbers and hours of operation.
Agents are encouraged to visit VAX VacationAccess and familiarize themselves with the emergency information so when a weather emergency takes place, they can quickly assist customers.
This is the third consecutive year that Trisept Solutions has posted hurricane emergency information on VAX VacationAccess. Last year, agents relied heavily on the vacation portal for timely vendor updates when four major hurricanes (Emily, Katrina, Rita and Wilma) disrupted leisure travel.
