The enhancements, in addition to expediting the booking process, include new display screens that contain the following information:
Class of Service:
- The class of service is displayed in both availability and in the shopping cart feature. Additionally, for charter vacation bookings, the number of seats that are available in each class is also displayed.
Hotel Room Availability:
- Both the number of hotels and the number of rooms that are available at each of the hotels is displayed by last room availability, with a nine room maximum indication.
Hotel Ratings:
- Hotel ratings are displayed in both availability and in the shopping cart feature, allowing agents to conveniently compare vacation options. Additionally, these ratings appear on the travel itinerary that can be sent to the client.
